| Matcha ingredient - the picked tealeaves are steamed, dried and cut into small pieces, and then they are refined. The resulting pure tea flakes are called “Tencha”. Tencha is ground by stone grind mills and becomes Matcha. Tencha flakes can be taken as a part of your healthy diet, i.e. enjoyed as an ingredient for cooking. | |||
